SafiClean Kenya was started with a simple idea: cleaning and pest control in Kenya shouldn't feel like a gamble. Customers deserve to know roughly what something will cost before a technician arrives, to get a straight answer on the phone, and to trust that the person let into their home or office actually knows what they're doing.
What we're trying to do
Most people don't think about their cleaning or pest control provider until something goes wrong — a job that wasn't done properly, a price that changed after the work was finished, or a technician who didn't show up when expected. Our goal is to be the company that doesn't create those moments: consistent standards, honest pricing, and people who follow through on what they say.
That means turning down shortcuts that would make us faster or cheaper at the expense of the actual result. It also means being upfront when something is outside what we can quote without seeing it first — termite treatment being the clearest example, since the right approach depends entirely on what an inspection finds.

Every job has someone responsible for it — if something isn't right, our complaint process exists to actually fix it.
On certifications & licensing
We believe in being straightforward rather than making claims we can't back up. Where regulatory information such as PCPB licensing applies to our pest control work, it's documented internally and available on request — we'd rather you ask than take an unverified badge on a website at face value, from us or anyone else.
