These terms apply when you request a quote, make a booking, or otherwise use the services of SafiClean Kenya ("we", "us", "our"). By submitting a form on this website or confirming a booking, you agree to the terms below.

Quotes & pricing

Prices shown on this website are starting prices for a typical job of that type. They are not fixed quotations. The final price depends on factors such as property size, condition, and — for pest control — the severity of the infestation. We confirm exact pricing before work begins, either from the details you provide in your enquiry or after an on-site inspection where one is required.

Bookings

A booking request submitted through this website is not automatically confirmed. Every booking is reviewed and confirmed by a member of our team by phone or WhatsApp. Please wait for this confirmation before assuming a date and time is secured.

Access & preparation

You're responsible for providing our team with access to the property at the agreed time, and for completing any preparation we advise (such as vacating the property for fumigation, or clearing areas for cleaning). If our team cannot access the property or complete preparation-dependent work due to circumstances outside our control, we may need to reschedule, and additional charges may apply for a wasted visit.

Rescheduling & cancellations

You can reschedule or cancel a booking by contacting us on WhatsApp or by phone. We ask for as much notice as possible, particularly for fumigation appointments that require preparation on your part.

Payment

We accept M-Pesa, cash and bank transfer. Payment is typically collected on completion of the work, unless other terms have been agreed in advance (for example, for commercial contracts). Invoices are available on request.

Service standards

We aim to complete every job to the standard described on our service pages. If you're not satisfied with a completed job, please use our customer service form to report the issue — we review every report and follow up directly.

Safety & pest control treatments

For fumigation and pest control treatments, you must follow the preparation and re-entry instructions provided by our technician for the specific product used. General guidance is available on our Fumigation Safety page, but instructions given on-site for your specific treatment take priority.

Liability

We take reasonable care in every job we undertake. We are not liable for pre-existing damage, wear, or conditions not caused by our work. Please point out any fragile, valuable or pre-damaged items before work begins.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your booking applies to that booking.
