A simple, five-step process from your first message to a finished job — no live booking system to fight with, just a real person confirming details with you.
Step 1
Tell us what you need
Use our quote form, WhatsApp or a phone call to describe your property, the service you need, and your preferred timing. The more detail you give us, the more accurate our first response will be.
Step 2
Get a quote
We respond with a clear price range based on what you've told us, usually the same day. For jobs that genuinely need an inspection first — termite treatment, for example — we'll explain why and arrange one.
Step 3
Confirm your booking
Once you're happy with the quote, we confirm a date and time by phone or WhatsApp. Every booking is reviewed by a real person — nothing is auto-approved, so you'll always speak to someone before it's locked in.
Step 4
We do the work
Our team arrives at the agreed time with their own equipment and works through the scope confirmed in your quote. If anything changes once we're on-site — extra rooms, a bigger problem than expected — we'll tell you before continuing.
Step 5
Enjoy the results
We walk through the finished job with you before we leave. Payment is typically collected on completion via M-Pesa, cash or bank transfer, and an invoice is available on request.
