We work through the space methodically, removing construction dust from surfaces, fixtures and vents, cleaning windows and frames of paint or sealant residue, and getting the property to a livable or move-in-ready standard.

This is typically a longer job than a standard deep clean, and pricing depends heavily on the extent of the works completed and the property size.
