Our termite control service starts with a proper inspection to confirm the type and extent of activity before recommending treatment — this isn't a service where a single standard spray is appropriate for every case.
Depending on what the inspection finds, treatment may involve soil treatment around the structure's perimeter, direct treatment of affected timber, or bait station placement for ongoing monitoring. Because termite colonies can be extensive and treatment approaches vary significantly by property and infestation type, final pricing always follows an on-site inspection.
