Fumigation
Whole-property fumigation for severe or mixed infestations, where spot treatment is not sufficient.
Some infestations are severe or widespread enough that targeted, room-by-room treatment isn't sufficient — that's when whole-property fumigation is the appropriate approach. Fumigation treats the entire property in one coordinated process, which is typically necessary for advanced infestations, mixed pest problems, or properties that have been vacant and neglected.
Because fumigation requires the property to be vacated for a set period, it involves more preparation than a standard treatment visit — food needs to be sealed or removed, pets need alternative arrangements, and the property needs to be ventilated for a specific period before re-entry. We'll walk you through exactly what's required for your booking.
See our Fumigation Safety page for general preparation guidance, and always follow the specific instructions provided by your technician for the product used on the day.

Customer feedback
“Had a bad cockroach problem in the kitchen that nothing from the supermarket was fixing. They came, explained what they'd use and how long to stay out, and it's been three months with no sign of them coming back.”
