Whether you're closing out a tenancy or preparing a unit for a new occupant, an empty property is the easiest one to clean properly — there's no furniture in the way and nothing to work around. This service is built specifically for that moment: a full, detailed clean of a vacant unit, room by room.

For tenants, a professional move-out clean is often the difference between a full deposit refund and a dispute over cleaning charges. For landlords and property managers, it's the fastest way to get a unit handover-ready between tenancies.

Because the unit is unoccupied, we're able to reach areas that are normally blocked by furniture and belongings — inside every cupboard, behind where the fridge sat, along skirting boards the full length of each room.

A routine house cleaning visit for a 1–2 bedroom home usually takes 2–3 hours. Deep cleaning and move-in/move-out cleaning take longer — often most of a working day — since the scope is more thorough.

House cleaning is our routine service covering the areas that matter for everyday upkeep — kitchens, bathrooms, floors and living spaces. Deep cleaning goes further, into cupboards, behind appliances, grout and skirting boards, and is recommended if it's been a while since the property had thorough attention.

No, as long as you can arrange access — many customers provide a spare key or gate access code. If you prefer to be present, that works too.
