Frequently Asked Questions

No — our team brings their own supplies and equipment as standard. If you'd prefer we use specific products already in your home (for allergy or preference reasons), just let us know when booking.
A routine house cleaning visit for a 1–2 bedroom home usually takes 2–3 hours. Deep cleaning and move-in/move-out cleaning take longer — often most of a working day — since the scope is more thorough.
House cleaning is our routine service covering the areas that matter for everyday upkeep — kitchens, bathrooms, floors and living spaces. Deep cleaning goes further, into cupboards, behind appliances, grout and skirting boards, and is recommended if it's been a while since the property had thorough attention.
No, as long as you can arrange access — many customers provide a spare key or gate access code. If you prefer to be present, that works too.
The required vacating and re-entry period depends on the specific product used and will be confirmed by your technician before treatment. Always follow their instructions rather than a generic timeframe.
Fumigation requires the property to be vacated, including pets, for the period specified by the technician. We'll advise on arrangements for pets and family members before the appointment — see our Fumigation Safety page for general guidance.
Yes — food and food-preparation items should be sealed in airtight containers or removed from the property before treatment. Your technician will confirm specific requirements for the product being used.
If you're not sure which service fits your situation, request a quote describing what you've seen and where — we'll recommend the right treatment, or schedule an inspection first if needed (this is standard for termite control).
It depends on the pest and severity. Some issues (general pest control, ants) often resolve in one visit; others (bedbugs, termites, rodents) typically need a follow-up visit to fully break the cycle. We'll advise after inspection.
Yes — we handle homes, offices, restaurants, hotels, schools and other commercial premises. See our Commercial Services page for details on documentation and contracts for businesses.
For routine cleaning, a few days' notice is usually enough. For fumigation or larger commercial jobs, we recommend booking at least a week ahead where possible, though we do accommodate urgent requests when our schedule allows.
Every booking request is manually reviewed and confirmed by our team by phone or WhatsApp — we don't auto-confirm bookings, so you'll always speak to someone before the date is locked in.
Yes — message us on WhatsApp or call as early as possible if you need to change a date. We ask for as much notice as you can give, especially for fumigation appointments that require preparation.
Prices shown are starting prices. Final cost depends on property size, condition, and the specific scope of work — we confirm exact pricing before any work begins, either from your quote request details or after an on-site inspection.
Termite treatment cost depends heavily on the extent of the infestation and property size, which can only be assessed accurately through an on-site inspection. We never quote termite work without one.
Standard quote requests are free. Inspection-based services like termite control may involve a call-out assessment — we'll always confirm this with you before scheduling.
We accept M-Pesa, cash and bank transfer. Payment is typically collected on completion of the job unless otherwise agreed for commercial contracts.
Yes — invoices are available on request, particularly for commercial and business customers who need them for their own records.
Most residential jobs don't require a deposit. For larger commercial contracts or jobs requiring special materials, we may request a deposit, which will always be agreed in advance.
Products used are approved for the application they're used for, and safety after treatment depends on the specific product — always follow the re-entry and ventilation guidance given by your technician rather than assuming a standard timeframe.
For most spot treatments, moving pets out of the treated room during and shortly after application is sufficient — your technician will confirm. For whole-property fumigation, pets need to be removed from the premises for the full period specified.
Yes — treatment documentation can be provided on request, which is often needed for tenancy or compliance records. Let us know when booking if you'll need this.
